This Privacy Policy applies only to the Pawganize landing website, including the waitlist form shown on this website. It does not cover future mobile applications unless and until a separate notice is published.

  • Waitlist and contact form data submitted via Tally (for example: email address and any information you enter in the form).
  • Technical and usage data collected through PostHog analytics (for example: page views, device/browser information, approximate geolocation derived from IP, and event timestamps).
  • Consent status stored in your browser localStorage under the key pawganize_cookie_consent with values accepted or rejected.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Handling your waitlist or contact request: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Running analytics through PostHog: based on your consent for analytics cookies/trackers (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Ensuring basic operation and security of the website, including storing essential consent preference information: based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
