2. Scope and Definitions

These Terms apply only to the Pawganize landing website and related waitlist flow (the "Service"). They do not govern future Pawganize mobile applications for iOS or Android. Separate terms for mobile apps will be published at launch.

• Website: the Pawganize website and its pages, including /terms and /privacy-policy.
• User: anyone accessing or using the Service.
• User Content: information voluntarily submitted by a User through forms (for example, waitlist details).
• Third-Party Services: external providers used to operate website features (for example, Tally and PostHog).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, including:

• Browsing information about Pawganize.
• Submitting your interest in the waitlist.
• Contacting us through the available channels.

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with website operation or security.
• Use automated methods to scrape or abuse the Service.

7. Waitlist Disclaimer

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch date, invitation order, pricing, or final product features. Launch plans and functionality may change.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party tools, including Tally (form handling) and PostHog (analytics, subject to your consent preferences). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for their independent policies or practices.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all content and materials on the Service, including text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, and design, are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total liability is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law for a free-to-use informational website.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time if needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or if we believe these Terms are being violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts competent for the Company's registered activity location in Poland shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

15. Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement regarding website use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
